Confidentiality Statement
Clients enjoy confidentiality privileges with consultants in certain fields. However, governing law supersedes confidentiality rights in specific circumstances: disclosing plans or acting to cause self-harm or harm to others, and confessions of serious criminal conduct. In such cases, clients are informed of lost confidentiality and that local authorities or relevant agencies will be notified.
Appendices
Student
The student discount is applicable to clients aged between 12 and 120 who are currently studying in an institution offering qualifications equating to an English GCSE or higher.
Keyworker
Workers fulfilling roles vital to society's functioning: Fire and rescue workers, police and security forces, armed forces personnel, health care professionals, educators and teachers, bus and delivery drivers, civil servants, utility and infrastructure workers, religious leaders and primary food production workers.
Financial Difficulty
The financial Difficulty discount is applicable to clients who are on a form of government support package. Often referred to as welfare, benefits, social security or income support.
Proof
We may ask our clients for proof of eligibility for the discounts they wish to apply. What is considered to be valid proof varies with each discount and is accepted at the discretion of our representatives.
Information Pack
An information pack is a tailored set of documents, detailing a specific topic or issue requested by the customer. It will typically be up to 25 pages long containing up to 10,000 words, with graphs and pictures as appropriate. If the clients' requirements are particularly broad or they need a vast topic covered in detail, we may charge for multiple information packs. This will be made clear to the client before any payments are made.
