Liability Statement

AJS Boyne and Company shall not be liable, in accordance with local governing laws or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damage for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from: 

i. The use or the inability to use any of the Company’s services.

ii. The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Company.

iii. Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

iv. Conduct, services or statements of any third party involved in the service provided, referred to or recommended by the Company.

v. Any other matter relating to these Terms and Conditions, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive) or any other form of liability.

Confidentiality Statement

Whilst clients have privileges of confidentiality when talking to consultants in certain fields, as a company we must inform clients that under certain circumstances these rights to confidentiality are superseded by governing law. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, disclosing plans or acting to cause harm to one’s self or others and confessions of a serious criminal nature. In these circumstances clients will be informed of the loss of confidentiality and that we will be informing local authorities or the relevant agency.

Appendices

Student - The student discount is applicable to clients aged between 12 and 120 who are currently studying in an institution offering qualifications equating to an English GCSE or higher.

Keyworker -
Workers who fulfil a role regarded as vital for the continued running of society. These professions are; Fire and rescue workers, police and security forces, armed forces personnel, health care professionals, educators and teachers, bus and delivery drivers, civil servants, utility and infrastructure workers, religious leaders and those involved in primary level food production.

Financial Difficulty -
The financial Difficulty discount is applicable to clients who are on a form of government support package. Often referred to as welfare, benefits, social security or income support.

Proof - We may ask our clients for proof of eligibility for the discounts they wish to apply. What is considered to be valid proof varies with each discount and is accepted at the discretion of our representatives.

Information Pack -
An information pack is a tailored set of documents, detailing a specific topic or issue requested by the customer. It will typically be up to 25 pages long containing up to 10,000 words, with graphs and pictures as appropriate. If the clients’ requirements are particularly broad or they need a vast topic covered in detail, we may charge for multiple information packs. This will be made clear to the client before any payments are made.
